What is the current shipping lead time?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. During periods of high demand, processing times may extend. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
We ship to most states; however, we comply with all local and state regulations regarding the sale and shipment of ammunition. What is your return policy on ammunition?
Due to safety and liability regulations, we cannot accept returns on ammunition once it has left our facility. If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days for assistance.
What is the difference between New and Remanufactured ammunition?
New ammunition uses brand-new brass casings, while Remanufactured ammunition uses once-fired brass that has been cleaned, resized, and processed to meet SAAMI specifications. Both undergo the same rigorous quality control and testing.
Do I need to be 21 to purchase ammunition?
Yes, federal law requires purchasers to be at least 18 years old for rifle and shotgun ammunition and at least 21 years old for handgun ammunition. We verify age during the checkout process to ensure compliance.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only accommodate cancellations or modifications if the request is made before the order enters the fulfillment stage. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
